How can I place an order?
If you are interested in ordering a gift please visit the shop tab to purchase a pre-arranged gift box. For all custom orders please complete the contact form and we will be glad to assist with your needs.
Can the gift be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, once the details are complete, the box can be sent directly to the recipient. We will be sure to include a gift receipt as well.
Is it possible to include a personalized note?
Definitely! This is one of the best parts about the box. We will gladly include a gold foil card, with the personalized saying of your choice.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Gifts require five to seven business days during this holiday season for processing. Upon completion, every Pretty Brown Box is shipped via USPS priority mail.
Is hand delivery an option?
Yes, we can gladly hand deliver gifts within the Orlando area.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
Customer satisfaction is our upmost priority as we curate each box. The detail and time devoted to each gift, does not allow refunds for a change of heart. However, if you receive a gift that was damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@prettybrownbox.com immediately. We will gladly assist you.
